Austrian aerospace component manufacturer FACC AG has announced its 12th ordinary general meeting of shareholders, scheduled for May 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. The meeting will take place at the FACC Academy in Reichersberg, Austria.
The agenda for the meeting includes the presentation of the audited financial statements, the consolidated financial statements, and management reports for the fiscal year 2025. Shareholders will vote on the appropriation of the net profit for 2025 and the discharge of the Management Board and Supervisory Board members for the same year.
Further resolutions will cover the remuneration report for 2025, the adoption of an (amended) remuneration policy, and the remuneration for Supervisory Board members. The meeting will also elect the auditor for the consolidated financial statements and the auditor for the non-financial declaration for the fiscal year 2026.
All relevant documents, including financial reports and proposed resolutions, will be made available on the company's website by May 7, 2026. Shareholders eligible to attend must demonstrate their shareholding as of May 18, 2026, with required documentation submitted by May 22, 2026.
