FACC AG, an aerospace component manufacturer headquartered in Ried im Innkreis, Austria, has announced the convening of its 12th Annual General Meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 28, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. CEST, and will be held at the FACC Academy in Reichersberg.
The agenda for the meeting covers the presentation of the approved annual financial statements, consolidated financial statements, non-financial report, corporate governance report, and the supervisory board's report for the fiscal year 2025. Shareholders will vote on the appropriation of net income for 2025 and grant discharge from liability to the management board and supervisory board members for the same period.
Further items include resolutions on the remuneration report and remuneration policy for fiscal year 2025, as well as the remuneration of supervisory board members. The election of auditors for the fiscal year 2026 is also on the agenda.
Eligibility to participate and vote is determined by shareholding as of May 18, 2026. Shareholders must provide proof of their holding via a custody receipt, which must be received by the company no later than May 22, 2026.
