FACC AG Reports Strong Sales Increase in Q3 2024
Aerospace component manufacturer FACC AG saw its revenue grow by 25.1% in the third quarter of 2024, reaching €642.6 million.

Aerospace component supplier FACC AG reported a significant increase in revenue for the third quarter of 2024. Over the first nine months of the year, the company's revenue rose by 25.1% to €642.6 million compared to the same period in the previous year.
The company’s earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) also saw a substantial improvement, reaching €21.8 million in the first nine months. This represents a more than fourfold increase from the €5.0 million recorded in the corresponding period of 2023. The growth reflects the sustained high demand for passenger aircraft within the aviation industry.
FACC has, however, faced challenges from rising operating costs in Europe, particularly in Austria, along with one-off expenses from newly launched projects. In response, the company is implementing a cost-reduction program expected to gradually enhance profitability from 2025. Additionally, a project focused on reducing inventory levels is underway and anticipates an improvement in operating cash flow during 2025.
The company has also launched its new FACC Academy to train new and international employees according to the company's requirements. This training center supports both the initial qualification of new personnel and the upskilling of existing staff. FACC is also researching the reuse of lightweight composite materials in the aerospace sector, aiming to contribute to lighter aircraft and material recyclability.
