FACC AG schedules Annual General Meeting for May 6
Aerospace component manufacturer FACC AG will hold its Annual General Meeting on May 6, 2025. The meeting agenda includes the presentation of the 2024 financial statements and resolutions on discharge for the Management and Supervisory Boards.
FACC AG, an aerospace component manufacturer headquartered in Ried im Innkreis, Austria, has announced its 11th Annual General Meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 6, 2025, commencing at 10:00 AM CEST at the FACC Academy in Reichersberg.
The agenda features the presentation of the approved annual financial statements, consolidated financial statements, non-financial report, corporate governance report, and the Supervisory Board's report for the fiscal year 2024. Shareholders will vote on the appropriation of net income and resolutions regarding the discharge from liability for members of both the Management Board and the Supervisory Board for 2024.
Further items include a resolution on the remuneration report for 2024 and the remuneration of Supervisory Board members. The election of auditors for the financial statements and non-financial report for fiscal year 2025 is also on the agenda. Additionally, the company proposes the creation of new authorized conditional capital, replacing existing capital, and a corresponding amendment to the company's Articles of Association.
Eligibility to participate and vote is based on shareholding as of April 26, 2025, 12:00 PM CEST. Proof of shareholding must be submitted to the company by April 30, 2025. The 2024 annual financial statements and other meeting documents will be available on FACC AG's website by April 15, 2025.
