FACC AG schedules annual general meeting
FACC AG, a manufacturer of aerospace components, has invited its shareholders to its third annual general meeting. The meeting is scheduled for July 18, 2017, in Ried im Innkreis.
FACC AG, a global supplier for the aerospace industry, has announced its third annual general meeting for shareholders.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at MESSE RIED, Halle 17/1.Stock, Brucknerstraße 39, 4910 Ried im Innkreis.
Key agenda items include the presentation of the 2016/17 annual and consolidated financial statements, the discharge of management and supervisory board members, resolutions on supervisory board remuneration, and the election of supervisory board members and the auditor for the upcoming fiscal year.
Relevant documents, including financial reports and proposals, will be available on FACC AG's website from June 27, 2017. Shareholders with at least 5% of share capital can request additional agenda items until June 27, 2017. Shareholders with at least 1% of share capital can submit written resolution proposals by July 7, 2017.
