FACC AG to pay dividend of EUR 0.11 per share
Aerospace component manufacturer FACC AG announced its decision to distribute a dividend following its annual general meeting.

The company's annual general meeting on June 29, 2018, resolved to pay a dividend of EUR 0.11 per share for the 2017/18 financial year. This distribution will be made as a capital repayment in accordance with Austrian tax law.
The dividend payment date is set for July 12, 2018. FACC AG shares will trade ex-dividend on the Vienna Stock Exchange starting July 5, 2018. The record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive the dividend is July 6, 2018.
