FACC Recognizes Top Suppliers with 2010 Awards
Aerospace component manufacturer FACC AG has presented its annual "Excellent Supplier Award" to three companies and a "Special Performance Award" to a logistics provider.
FACC AG, a producer of aerospace components, has honored its top-performing suppliers for 2010 with its annual awards. PPG Aerospace received the Gold award, Plascore Inc. the Silver award, and HTP High Tech Plastics GmbH the Bronze award.
Selection criteria for the awards included consistent high quality, reliable delivery, customer service, flexibility, and a willingness to develop cost-saving and process-optimizing measures. OnTime Logistics was recognized with a Special Performance Award for outstanding commitment.
"We strongly believe in acknowledging suppliers whose own diligence and high standards enable us to sustain our unwavering determination to provide the best products and materials," stated Rudolf Leitner, Director of Purchasing at FACC AG.
FACC manufactures composite components for aircraft and helicopters. In the 2010/11 business year, the company reported a turnover of 271.8 million euros and employed approximately 1,582 individuals.
