FACC secures 190 million euro syndicated loan to fund expansion
Austrian aerospace supplier FACC has entered a 190 million euro financing agreement with a seven-bank consortium to support its 350 million euro investment plan through 2030.

Aerospace component manufacturer FACC AG has finalized a 190 million euro syndicated loan, led by UniCredit Bank Austria, to secure capital for its long-term growth strategy. The credit facility replaces an existing 225 million euro loan due in early 2027 and is intended to provide liquidity for planned infrastructure and technology investments.
FACC plans to invest approximately 350 million euros by 2030, targeting automation and production capacity increases. The company is positioning itself to meet rising global demand for aircraft components, which industry forecasts project will reach over 42,000 new passenger aircraft by 2045.
CFO Florian Heindl stated that the new financing structure aligns the company’s capital profile with its operational growth and improves overall financing conditions. The agreement, supported by five Austrian and two German banks, features an initial three-year term with two one-year extension options.
