Factor4 partners with Priority Commerce for MX POS gift card integration

Factor4, a provider of omnichannel gift card and loyalty solutions, has announced a new integration with Priority Commerce's MX™ POS system. The partnership enables merchants to seamlessly sell, redeem, and manage both physical and digital gift cards directly through the MX POS interface.

The integration aims to provide a consistent customer experience across in-store and online channels. MX POS is a cloud-based point-of-sale system designed by Priority Commerce to help merchants streamline operations and improve business efficiency.

Dan Battista, CEO of Factor4, stated that the collaboration expands the company's ability to deliver integrated gift card solutions to a broader merchant base. He highlighted that the partnership will assist businesses in increasing customer engagement and creating new revenue opportunities.

Jacob Hui, Product Manager for MX POS at Priority Commerce, noted that the integration enhances the capabilities of the MX POS system. He added that by embedding Factor4's gift card solution, merchants gain access to an additional valuable tool within their existing daily system, aligning with the product strategy.
