Falcam Unveils TagBatt Camera Batteries With Apple Find My Integration
Accessory maker Falcam (小隼) has launched its TagBatt series of third-party camera batteries, featuring built-in support for Apple's Find My network, starting at 299 yuan.

Falcam (小隼), a manufacturer of camera accessories, has introduced its TagBatt series of third-party camera batteries. The key feature of these batteries is their integration with Apple's Find My network. Initially, the batteries are available for Sony NP-FZ100 and Canon LP-E6 camera models.
The TagBatt batteries offer a capacity of 2600 mAh (17.43 Wh) and include a USB-C port for direct charging, while also being compatible with traditional chargers. The integration with Apple's Find My network allows users to locate their camera using the Find My app on their iPhone, provided the battery is installed.
Versions for Nikon EN-EL15 and Fujifilm NP-W235 cameras are expected to be released later. The initial models start at a price of 299 yuan (approximately $40 USD).
Beyond location tracking, the Find My integration can alert users if they leave their camera behind. Additionally, the battery can emit a sound when in proximity to aid in locating a misplaced camera.
