Falcon Structures Launches ADA-Accessible Container Restroom for Large Jobsites
Falcon Structures has introduced a new 40-foot container-based floor plan designed as an ADA-accessible, climate-controlled restroom for men and women. The unit is intended for large jobsites and high-capacity spaces.
Falcon Structures announced on September 24, 2026, the launch of a new men's and women's ADA-accessible restroom floor plan built from a 40-foot container. The climate-controlled unit is engineered to meet permitting requirements for modular buildings and is designed for large jobsites, industrial settings, events, and campuses requiring significant restroom capacity.
The company states the new floor plan is rated for 40 male and 40 female users under a Business use classification and complies with ADA accessibility standards. Falcon Structures highlights that this factory-built solution offers a more robust and code-compatible alternative to portable toilets and temporary bathroom trailers, aiming to address permitting challenges and user comfort simultaneously.
"Whenever you've got a lot of people and not enough restroom, this floor plan is built to answer that," said Stephen Shang, Co-Founder and CEO of Falcon Structures. "Accessibility is the key feature here. It's part of what makes a facility like this permittable at this scale in the first place."
The container restroom includes tanked toilets, urinals, and accessible sinks, supported by two 1.5-ton mini-split HVAC systems and two 6.5kW tankless water heaters. Falcon Structures is focusing on standardized product offerings like this to expedite delivery and provide reliable, code-compliant facilities for projects with demanding timelines.
