Fashion Brand holiCHIC Secures $1.5 Million Seed Funding
After reaching seven-figure revenue through bootstrapping, retailer holiCHIC has raised $1.5 million in seed capital following a partnership with Nordstrom.

Retailer holiCHIC, which operated as a bootstrapped company for several years, closed a $1.5 million seed funding round in May 2026. The firm had reached seven-figure revenue figures prior to seeking institutional investment.
The move to raise capital followed a strategic retail partnership with Nordstrom, which provided a significant boost to the brand’s market reach. Since the funding round closed, the company reports a 47 percent increase in sales.
Founder Megha Rao indicated that the transition from a bootstrapped model to venture-backed growth requires rigorous internal assessment. The company is now focused on utilizing these funds to support its ongoing expansion within the competitive retail landscape.
