Fast Company is bringing its annual Innovation Festival back to New York City, scheduled for September 14–17. The event will take place at Convene Brookfield Place in downtown Manhattan.

The four-day festival will offer a schedule of insightful conversations, experiential sessions, and networking opportunities. A key focus this year, under the theme "A Brand New Brand Called You," will explore personal brand development in the workplace and managing a workforce comprised of individual brands.

Attendees can expect to hear from a diverse group of speakers, including Martha Stewart (Hint), Elizabeth Banks (Archer Roose Wines), Leslie Odom Jr. (artist and author), Jessica Tarlov (Fox News), Bill Ackman (Pershing Square Capital Management), Jimmy Pitaro (ESPN), George Arison (Grindr), Libby Wadle (J. Crew Group), Mark Barrocas (Sharkninja), and Sean Sherman (NATIFS).

The festival includes "Fast Tracks," offering behind-the-scenes access to companies like Nike with Chief Design Officer Martin Lodi, a wine and cheese tasting at Roscioli, and experiences with AI-powered robots at tm:rw.

Additionally, the event will host "Taste of Innovation" dinners at notable New York restaurants such as Ci Siamo and Cote 550, featuring discussions on topics like leveraging technology in hospitality and reimagining Korean barbecue.
