Fast Company's 12th annual Innovation Festival is expanding its offerings to include "Fast Track" programs, providing attendees with more experiential learning opportunities alongside traditional panel discussions. These sessions are designed for a more hands-on approach to understanding business and innovation.

The "Fast Track" programming allows participants to visit the offices and headquarters of some of New York City's most innovative companies. These behind-the-scenes tours offer deep dives into company operations. One featured session, hosted by Wavelength, will explore the evolving role of brands in entertainment production and the opportunities presented by democratized distribution channels.

Additional sessions include an exploration of personal presence and professional impact at Anine Bing, in collaboration with The Style That Binds Us. Bathhouse Flatiron will showcase its modern take on sauna culture and social wellness, featuring a facility tour and a Q&A with its co-founder. Edge NYC, in partnership with Journey, Moment Factory, and SOFTlab, will offer insights into how the observation deck was transformed into a year-round experiential destination.

Vivobarefoot will host an event at its new SoHo flagship focusing on natural health and movement, including foot health and gait analysis. Wieden+Kennedy will conduct a session on brand leadership and decision-making in a dynamic market landscape, drawing from current industry events and challenges.
