FastSpring Adds Cash App Pay as Payment Option
FastSpring, a provider of online sales solutions for digital technology companies, has introduced Cash App Pay as a payment method for its U.S. sellers. The integration aims to simplify the checkout process for customers.
Santa Barbara, Calif. – FastSpring, a merchant of record for digital technology companies, announced the availability of Cash App Pay across its checkout experiences in the U.S. This new payment option allows FastSpring sellers to offer eligible customers an additional way to pay.
Transactions made via Cash App Pay through the FastSpring platform are approved within an authenticated Cash App session. This enables customers to use their Cash App balance, reducing checkout friction and manual card entry. The company stated this integration is designed to enhance the customer experience.
"Giving customers the payment methods they already know and use is an important part of creating a seamless checkout experience," said Jeremy Waxman, VP of Payments at FastSpring. "With Cash App Pay enabled through FastSpring, approved sellers can give eligible U.S. customers another convenient way to pay."
Cash App Pay is now available for approved FastSpring sellers. Eligible U.S. customers complete payment through the Cash App iOS or Android app, via a one-tap flow on mobile or a QR code on desktop. The payment method supports both one-time and recurring purchases through FastSpring.
