FAUN Introduces Variopress Urban Waste Collection Vehicle for Cities
FAUN Group has launched the Variopress Urban, a new waste collection vehicle designed for agility and efficiency in urban environments, capable of collecting various waste materials.
FAUN Group has introduced the Variopress Urban, a new rear-loader waste collection vehicle engineered for urban environments. Positioned between FAUN's smaller and larger Variopress models, the Variopress Urban offers compact dimensions while maintaining high payload capacity and volume.
The vehicle is designed to fit medium chassis series, allowing it to operate effectively in tight spaces without compromising on waste collection capabilities. It is equipped to handle various materials, including organic waste, light fraction, residual waste, and paper, utilizing an integrated BARLIFT system.
Specifications for the Variopress Urban include body heights of 1,899 or 2,099 mm and lengths ranging from 4,801 to 6,301 mm. It is suitable for chassis with a gross vehicle weight of 12 tons or more and features a small turning radius for enhanced maneuverability in city conditions. The design leverages FAUN's established Variopress technology for reliability.
