Fermi Inc. applies to list over 12 million shares on London Stock Exchange

Fermi Inc., a Texas-based company developing electric grids for artificial intelligence compute, announced it has applied to list over 12 million common shares on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). The admission is expected to take place on July 29, 2026.

The shares are being issued to settle advisory fees owed to certain advisors and to facilitate the vesting of restricted stock units. These newly admitted shares will rank equally with the company's existing common stock already trading on the LSE and NASDAQ under the ticker FRMI.

Following the admission, the total number of shares in issue with voting rights will be 640,467,348. This figure will serve as the denominator for shareholders calculating their notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Fermi Inc. aims to provide highly redundant, gigawatt-scale power to support next-generation AI compute. The company is developing what it describes as the largest next-gen private grid in the U.S., integrating multiple power sources including natural gas, nuclear, solar, and battery storage.
