Fesarius Therapeutics to Showcase DermiSphere HDT at Plastic Surgery Meeting

Medical technology company Fesarius Therapeutics is participating in Plastic Surgery The Meeting (PSTM) 2026, held October 15–18 in Houston. The company will present its DermiSphere™ HDRT, described as the first and only dual-density collagen hydrogel dermal regeneration template designed to promote skin tissue repair.

During the event, Fesarius will host a scientific symposium focusing on the foundational science and clinical applications of DermiSphere™ HDRT. The symposium will explore the technology's dual-density microarchitecture, which the company states supports tissue integration, rapid vascularization, and new tissue formation. The program will also cover recent clinical data and surgeon experiences in complex wound and reconstructive procedures.

Speakers at the symposium include Fesarius founder and Chief Medical Officer Jason Spector, and Brendan MacKay, a professor at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Additionally, Fesarius CEO Tom Roueche will join an expert panel hosted by ASPS Ventures, a medical technology investment fund focused on advancing clinical solutions.

Fesarius Therapeutics focuses on dermal repair through biomaterial innovation. Its DermiSphere™ HDRT product is based on technology discovered by plastic surgeon Jason Spector at Weill Cornell Medicine, combining a collagen hydrogel with denser collagen microspheres to support dermal tissue regeneration. The company operates in the commercial stage.
