Fetch Freight Automates Portal Appointments With Qued Platform
Logistics firm Fetch Freight has gone live with Qued's Smart Appointments platform to automate portal scheduling and free up staff for customer-facing work.

Freight brokerage Fetch Freight has implemented Qued's Smart Appointments platform to automate its process for scheduling appointments at logistics portals. The Birmingham, Alabama-based company aims to dedicate more operational staff time to customer interactions by integrating the portal appointment booking into its existing transportation management system (TMS).
Fetch Freight evaluated Qued's solution for over a year before deciding to implement it. The company's growth this year highlighted the need for greater efficiency in appointment scheduling, prompting the decision. Qued's singular focus on developing appointment scheduling solutions was a key factor in Fetch Freight's selection.
"Our goal this year was to have people doing people things. We want our operations team focused on the customer's needs and being the face for the customer, with the administrative work automated," said Brooke Crifasi, Senior Manager of Business Operations at Fetch Freight.
Qued's platform utilizes machine learning to identify optimal appointment slots in real-time. It considers estimated times of arrival (ETAs), facility capacity, historical performance, and specific requirements for each location. The system integrates directly with a broker's existing TMS, allowing scheduling to occur within the same operational workflow.
Prasad Gollapalli, CEO of Qued, stated that the company's specialization allows for seamless integration into brokers' systems and caters to all facility requirements. Qued is supporting Fetch Freight's rapid expansion with its dedicated platform.
