FIBO to dedicate full exhibition hall to women's health in 2027

FIBO has announced that its 2027 event will feature a dedicated hall for women’s health, bringing together stakeholders from fitness, nutrition, medicine, and technology. The move aims to address the documented gender health gap, which statistics suggest causes women to spend a significantly larger portion of their lives in poor health compared to men.

Under the banner of "Female Performance, Prevention & Longevity," the new space will address health concerns throughout different life stages. This includes menstrual health, pregnancy, and menopause, as well as long-term physiological factors like bone density, metabolism, and mobility. Event Director Silke Frank stated that the initiative aims to move beyond narrow medical definitions to create a broader community focused on continuous health management.

The initiative will feature a central stage hosting panels and discussions with medical professionals and industry leaders. By partnering with organizations such as The Collective, FIBO intends to integrate scientific research with practical industry solutions. The event is designed as a platform for professionals, employers, and consumers to exchange knowledge and improve diagnostic and preventative approaches.
