FIBRA Prologis Declares Quarterly Distribution
FIBRA Prologis, a major owner and operator of industrial real estate in Mexico, has announced a quarterly cash distribution. The total distribution amounts to Ps. 1,220.1 million.

MEXICO CITY – FIBRA Prologis, a significant owner and operator of Class-A industrial real estate in Mexico, has declared its quarterly cash distribution. The company will distribute Ps. 1,220.1 million (approximately US$70.1 million) on August 4, 2026. Each CBFI (Certificado Bursátil Fiduciario Inmobiliario) will receive Ps. 0.7314 (US$0.0420).
The company's portfolio includes 352 logistics and manufacturing facilities across six core markets in Mexico, encompassing 8.1 million square meters. This includes 66.6 million square feet of Gross Leasing Area (GLA) in its strategic holdings, along with 163 non-strategic buildings covering an additional 20.7 million square feet.
FIBRA Prologis holds a substantial position in Mexico's industrial real estate sector. Its extensive portfolio serves diverse industries within strategically vital regions of the country. The decision to distribute funds to CBFI holders reflects the company's financial performance and commitment to shareholder returns.
The distribution is payable to CBFI holders of record as of August 3, 2026. The ex-dividend date is also August 3, 2026. The distribution is based on fiscal results from June 2026, distributed in cash and subject to applicable withholding taxes.
