FIBRA Prologis Declares Quarterly Distribution

MEXICO CITY, July 23, 2026 – FIBRA Prologis, a real estate investment trust focused on logistics and industrial properties in Mexico, declared a cash distribution today. The total amount declared is Ps. 1,220.1 million (US$70.1 million), translating to Ps. 0.7314 per Fideicomiso de Inversión en Bienes Raíces (CBFI).
The distribution will be paid on August 4, 2026, to CBFI holders as of the close of business on August 3, 2026. The ex-dividend date is also set for August 3, 2026.
As of June 30, 2026, FIBRA Prologis' portfolio comprised 515 investment properties totaling 8.1 million square meters. This includes 352 logistics and manufacturing buildings strategically located across six key industrial markets in Mexico, covering 6.2 million square meters of gross leasable area.
The company's decision to distribute cash reflects its ongoing strategy to provide returns to its investors through the ownership and management of high-quality logistics facilities. The declared distribution represents fiscal results as per outlined legal frameworks.
Shareholders recorded on August 3, 2026, will receive the payment on August 4, 2026. Any trades executed on or after August 3, 2026, will not include the right to this distribution.
