Fidelis Capital Adds Herb Achey, Former Equity Strategist, as Partner

Fidelis Capital, a wealth management firm focused on ultra-high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, and institutions, announced the appointment of Herb Achey as its newest partner. Achey, formerly an investment strategist at U.S. Trust / Bank of America Private Bank, brings over 45 years of experience in advising affluent clients and managing substantial assets.

At his previous role, Achey supervised client assets exceeding $2 billion at U.S. Trust. He was instrumental in shaping equity research and portfolio strategies, particularly within the consumer sector, and designed bespoke equity portfolios for large families and institutions. His expertise lies in thematic portfolio construction and managing concentrated holdings.

The addition of Achey signifies Fidelis Capital's commitment to personalized wealth management, according to Founding Partner Rick Simonetti. Achey joins the firm's Investment Committee, which includes other veterans from Bank of America and Wells Fargo Private Bank. He will directly apply his skills in tailoring investment strategies to the firm's select clientele.
