Boca Raton, Florida and New York, NY โ€“ September 28, 2026 โ€“ Private equity firm Fifth Ocean Capital, in partnership with Tartan Investment Partners, has made a strategic investment in Complete Production Resources (CPR).

CPR offers comprehensive production solutions and equipment rental services for live events. Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, the company provides audio, lighting, video, staging, and backline solutions to the production support market across the United States. Founded in 2010, CPR has built a reputation as a trusted partner for live event production, particularly in the Southeast.

The investment from Fifth Ocean and Tartan aims to accelerate CPR's growth through capital infusion for talent and technology, geographic expansion, and broadening of equipment inventory. The investors believe in the continued durable trend of experiential events in both corporate and consumer markets.

Kelly Greene, CEO and co-founder of CPR, will continue to lead the company and remain a significant shareholder. "We are thrilled to partner with Fifth Ocean and Tartan," Greene stated. "They have a strong track record of supporting operators and funding growth initiatives. Our clients can expect the same team and commitment to execution they have always trusted. This partnership provides us with the resources to expand our inventory and enhance our service capabilities."

Fifth Ocean Capital focuses on partnering with companies at growth inflection points, while Tartan Investment Partners invests in technology and service companies within the sports, entertainment, and consumer lifestyle sectors.
