Iitiä brings over a decade of experience in the financial management software sector to the role. Most recently, he served as CEO of the accounting firm Tonava Group Oy. His background includes significant tenure at Visma Netvisor, where he held responsibility for sales and product business units, as well as developing the company's accounting office distribution channel.
The appointment follows a period of market shifts in the financial software industry, where automation and AI capabilities have become central to customer retention. Finago's move to hire a leader with both accounting and software sales expertise signals an intent to bridge the gap between technical development and practical accounting applications.
