Software company Finago has published its 2025 Sustainability Highlights report, offering a transparent view of its responsible business practices. The report emphasizes its focus on people, information security, and supply chain sustainability, highlighting their critical role in delivering reliable and future-proof financial software.
Finago states that sustainability principles are integrated into its daily operations and decision-making processes. Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations are embedded in strategic planning, investment, procurement, product development, and risk management frameworks. Anni Kivisilta, Finago's Chief HR & Sustainability Officer, noted that the report not only showcases progress but also sets the company's direction, demonstrating that responsible business and commercial success are aligned.
The report outlines several key achievements. These include strengthening managerial capabilities in supporting employee well-being, extending ownership to all employees through a broad-based ownership program, and maintaining a gender balance of 45% women and 55% men. Finago has also renewed its ISO 27001 certification, covering its consolidated Information Security Management Systems across the entire company.
Furthermore, Finago has enhanced its supply chain sustainability by conducting surveys, performing sanctions checks, and requiring adherence to a Supplier Code of Conduct. The company also received the EcoVadis Gold medal for the second consecutive year, underscoring its commitment to sustainability. This marks Finago's first sustainability report as a unified pan-Nordic entity following the 2025 merger of Accountor Software, Heeros, and 24SevenOffice.
