Finanz Informatik Completes Digital Wealth Management Solution Phase
Finanz Informatik has completed the second development phase of its "inasys" digital wealth management application, enhancing contract processes and transparency for financial institutions.

Finanz Informatik, the IT service provider for German Sparkasse banks and other financial institutions, has concluded the second development phase of its "inasys" digital wealth management application. This update provides a comprehensive, end-to-end digital process chain for concluding wealth management contracts.
The "inasys" solution aims to streamline and clarify wealth management contract processes. It covers both online banking transactions and in-person advisory sessions, enabling advisors to finalize agreements directly with clients. The system supports the opening of accounts and investment portfolios, as well as managing portfolio changes like deposits and withdrawals.
Sparkasse Bremen has adopted the solution, noting a significant increase in the speed of contract finalization. The digital approach reduces paper usage and standardizes procedures, leading to improved efficiency and fewer errors.
Marcel Leist, responsible for wealth management at NORD/LB, reported a high acceptance rate among advisors and a substantial increase in work efficiency. The application is integrated into their onboarding process, reducing administrative overhead and ensuring compliance. This has resulted in efficiency gains and growth in wealth management clients and volume.
