Finanz Informatik Launches New Trainee Program

IT service provider Finanz Informatik has started a new trainee program designed for recent university graduates. The program aims to provide participants with comprehensive insights into the company's operations through rotations across various departments and locations over a 15-month period.

In addition to individual placements within selected departments, the program features joint events and seminars. This structure is intended to equip trainees with a broad understanding of the company and help them build valuable networks for their future careers.

The new cohort of trainees gathered for their initial onboarding event in Münster on April 8. The event included introductory formats, informative sessions, and a shared experience to mark the beginning of their journey. The company acknowledged the contributing colleagues and current trainees for facilitating a dynamic onboarding process.
