Finnish FSA Approves Prospectus Supplement for WISA Group Listing
The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved a supplement to the demerger and listing prospectus for UPM-Kymmene Corporation's partial demerger and the subsequent listing of WISA Group Plc. Shares in WISA Group will seek admission to trading on Nasdaq Helsinki.

Helsinki – The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has, on August 17, 2026, approved a supplement to the Finnish language demerger and listing prospectus concerning UPM-Kymmene Corporation's (“UPM”) partial demerger and the application for shares in WISA Group Plc (“WISA”) to be admitted for trading on Nasdaq Helsinki.
This supplement is part of UPM's plan to restructure its operations, leading to the creation of a new entity, WISA Group. The aim is to have WISA Group's shares listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange as part of this corporate reorganization.
The prospectus, now updated with the approved supplement, provides detailed information regarding the partial demerger and the planned listing. This strategic move is intended to streamline UPM's corporate structure and potentially enhance shareholder value.
For shareholders, the prospectus offers critical details about the upcoming listing and the demerger process. WISA Group must still meet the listing requirements of Nasdaq Helsinki before its shares can commence trading.
