Finnish Patent and Registration Office Revamps Virre Service for Easier Data Access

The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) launched its updated Virre Information Service on Thursday, August 27, 2026. The overhaul includes a redesigned visual interface aimed at improving user experience.

The primary goal of the update is to streamline the process of accessing and searching registered information for companies, foundations, and enterprise mortgages. Users can now more easily download free extracts from the Trade Register, purchase financial statements, and look up notification details.

The Virre service provides essential registered data on all businesses and foundations operating in Finland. It serves as a crucial resource for authorities, businesses, and individuals seeking verified information on legal entities.
