Fintech SaaS Firm RevRag.AI Raises $2.5 Million for AI Customer Managers

Indian fintech SaaS startup RevRag.AI has announced it has raised $2.5 million in a seed funding round. The round was led by Accion Ventures, with participation from Cedar Hill Ventures, Wyser, and Venture Catalysts.

The company plans to use the capital to enhance its product development and establish a presence in the United States market. RevRag.AI believes there is a significant, underdeveloped market for its AI-driven customer relationship and sales solutions within the US financial services sector.

RevRag.AI develops AI agents designed to act as virtual relationship managers for banks and fintech companies. These agents aim to automate customer onboarding, product sales, and support functions, potentially reducing costs by up to 70% compared to traditional channels, according to the startup.

Founded in 2023, RevRag.AI currently serves over 45 clients in India, including major players like PhonePe and Razorpay. The company has set a target to achieve $50 million in annual recurring revenue by fiscal year 2028.
