Finvi sells Artiva HCx business to VisiQuate

Finvi has divested its Artiva HCx healthcare revenue cycle platform to VisiQuate, as the company pivots to focus on its core collections market.

4 November 2026

Finvi has completed the sale of its Artiva HCx business to VisiQuate, a healthcare revenue cycle technology firm. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The move marks a strategic shift for Finvi, which intends to dedicate its resources to its primary collections business, a market segment the company has occupied for nearly five decades.

CEO Laura Granahan stated that the divestiture allows Finvi to concentrate on its core competencies, specifically focusing on integrating AI and automation into its collection agency software. The company aims to accelerate its product roadmap to support its existing customer base in the accounts receivable management sector.

VisiQuate intends to integrate the Artiva HCx platform with its own suite of tools, aiming to leverage the acquired workflow expertise to advance its automation capabilities. The companies plan to conduct a joint support process for current HCx customers during the transition to ensure no disruption to services.

Finvi will continue to serve its existing client base in the debt recovery sector while pursuing new technology investments tailored for that market.
