First Graphene Limited CFO Announces Retirement

First Graphene Limited, a company focused on graphene production, announced on Monday that its Chief Financial Officer, Marcus Englefield, has informed the company of his intention to retire. Mr. Englefield's last day with the company will be April 30, 2021.

The company has commenced the process to identify a successor and is considering both internal and external candidates. The release stated that Mr. Englefield will assist in transitional planning and support the recruitment process for his replacement.

Mr. Englefield has served as CFO since 2018 and was instrumental in managing the company's finances during its development phase. He was also involved in the company's listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in 2019.

First Graphene Limited aims to commercialize its graphene production and continues to focus on developing new applications and building relationships across industries where graphene can enhance products and processes.
