First Venezuelan crude shipment under NABEP agreement reaches Texas

Two tankers carrying a combined one million barrels of crude oil arrived in Corpus Christi, Texas, on October 27, 2026. The shipment represents the first successful transport of resources under the North American Blue Energy Partners (NABEP) operational agreement involving Venezuelan production assets.

This delivery coincides with an increase in NABEP’s output levels, which have recently reached 223,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. The arrival of these vessels provides a tangible indicator of the supply chain capacity currently managed by the partnership.

The influx of Venezuelan crude into the U.S. Gulf Coast reflects ongoing shifts in regional energy logistics. As the company continues to scale its extraction operations, the focus remains on stabilizing the flow of imports under the regulatory framework governing the agreement.
