FirstService Residential Minnesota Holds Inaugural Board of Directors' Forum

FirstService Residential Minnesota convened its inaugural Board of Directors' Forum & Vendor Showcase on September 24 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bloomington. The event brought together approximately 250 community association board members and 40 vendor partners from across the region. The forum was designed to offer volunteer board members opportunities to connect, learn, and access resources to better serve their communities.

The forum featured educational sessions led by industry experts, networking opportunities with fellow board members, and a vendor showcase highlighting trusted service providers. Attendees explored emerging trends, shared best practices, and discussed solutions to current challenges faced by board members.

Broc Coen, President of FirstService Residential Minnesota, highlighted the event's purpose. "One of the most valuable aspects of this forum was bringing board members and trusted service providers together in one place," Coen stated. "Board members have significant responsibilities, and having the opportunity to meet vendors, ask questions, and build relationships helps them make informed decisions that best serve their communities."

Feedback from attendees underscored the value of the event's educational and networking components. The forum was developed in response to increasing demand for targeted educational and networking opportunities for community association leaders.
