FirstService Residential to Manage Lagoon Valley Community in Vacaville, CA

FirstService Residential has taken over full-service community management for the Lagoon Valley Community Association in Vacaville, California. The agreement covers the 1,015-home master-planned community, which is designed as a sustainable live-work-play environment with extensive natural surroundings.

The management contract commenced on September 1, 2026. Lagoon Valley features a range of amenities including multiple parks, swimming pools, sports courts, a golf course, and a clubhouse. The community also preserves 71 acres of wetlands and 1,300 acres of open space, contributing to its recreational opportunities.

The Lagoon Valley Association selected FirstService Residential after a review process focused on finding a partner capable of delivering proactive service, stronger operational support, and enhanced resources. "Our goal is to be a trusted partner to the board, helping create a well-maintained, connected community," said Beran Samba, executive vice president for FirstService Residential Northern California.
