Fitbit Data Can Now Connect Directly to Apple Health

Google is releasing an update that enables Fitbit users to directly connect their workout, step, and vital data to Apple Health. The change is part of the Google Health app's 5.05 update.
This integration removes the previous requirement for third-party applications or manual workarounds to transfer data between the platforms. Before this update, users could import Apple Health data into Google Health, but not the other way around.
Google Health replaced the Fitbit app. The new direct sync feature aims to streamline the user experience for individuals who utilize both ecosystems and desire a consolidated view of their health metrics.
