FitX to open new studio in Berlin's Schillerpark Center
Fitness chain FitX has signed a long-term lease for a new studio space in Berlin's Schillerpark Center. The new facility is expected to open towards the end of 2026.
Fitness provider FitX is expanding its network in Berlin by leasing space for a new studio in the Schillerpark Center. The long-term contract covers 2,500 square meters on the first floor of the property located at Müllerstraße 46.
The new location is situated in the Wedding district of Berlin, within a former shopping center that is being redeveloped into a modern sports and leisure complex. FitX signed the lease agreement with Aroundtown, a significant European real estate company.
The studio is projected to commence operations by the end of 2026. This addition will increase FitX's studio count in Berlin to 14, supplementing its existing 13 facilities in the city. The company operates a total of 109 gyms across Germany and serves over one million members.
Founded in 2009, FitX is one of Germany's largest fitness chains. The company emphasizes strategic site acquisition and careful selection of spaces to create ideal training environments for its members.
