FlexScreen / RiteScreen Appoints Alejandro Pagani as Chief Financial Officer

PITTSBURGH, Sept. 28, 2026 – FlexScreen / RiteScreen, a manufacturer of window and door screen solutions, announced today the appointment of Alejandro Pagani as Chief Financial Officer. Pagani assumes the role after a successful tenure as interim CFO, during which he made a significant impact across the business.

Pagani brings extensive experience in financial management, commercial leadership, and business transformation. He has led complex businesses with full profit-and-loss responsibility for operations ranging from $200 million to $1.1 billion across more than 50 countries. His background combines financial discipline with a deep understanding of business operations, strategy, and execution.
