Flipkart Group narrows FY26 loss, revenue nears Rs 1.5 lakh crore
Walmart-owned Flipkart Group reduced its net loss to Rs 8,468 crore in FY26 while revenue grew 18% to Rs 1,45,880 crore. This is the first time the group has reported consolidated financial results.

Walmart-owned Flipkart Group narrowed its consolidated net loss to Rs 8,468 crore for the financial year ended March 2026, a 2% decrease from the previous year's Rs 8,646 crore. Operating revenue increased by 18% to Rs 1,45,880 crore from Rs 1,23,451 crore in FY25, according to filings with the Registrar of Companies.
The company reported its consolidated financial results for the first time under Flipkart Internet Private Limited, encompassing entities like Flipkart, Myntra, Cleartrip, and eKart. This consolidation follows Flipkart's corporate restructuring in March, positioning it for a potential initial public offering (IPO).
Revenue streams showed varied performance. Sales of traded goods, the core business, grew 13% to Rs 1,04,850 crore. Revenue from logistics and warehousing services saw a significant jump of 31% to Rs 23,059 crore, while advertising revenue also rose 31% to Rs 9,597 crore. However, revenue from marketplace and collection services declined by 44% to Rs 6,719 crore, likely due to the implementation of zero commission on products below Rs 1,000 and on all fashion items.
During the fiscal year, Flipkart also made strategic investments, including a minority stake in travel company TravClan and stakes in technology firms. The group also divested its holdings in certain companies, such as AI firm Rightbot and fashion retailer Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail.
