Flix Appoints New Senior Leaders in People and Technology
Travel tech company Flix has appointed Dorit Schindler as Senior Vice President People & Organisation and Dr. Hanna Huber as Senior Vice President Technology to strengthen its strategic development.
Travel technology firm Flix has expanded its senior management team with the appointments of Dorit Schindler and Dr. Hanna Huber. Schindler joined Flix in March as Senior Vice President for People & Organisation, and Huber joined in April as Senior Vice President for Technology. Both will report to Chief Information Officer and co-founder Daniel Krauss.
Schindler will oversee the global HR department and its strategy, bringing over 25 years of experience from senior human resources roles in technology, retail, and automotive sectors. Huber, an expert in technology strategy, has over 20 years of experience, including previous roles at Otto Group and Zalando, focusing on developing and professionalizing tech organizations.
These appointments are intended to support Flix's strategic growth by strengthening its human resources and technology capabilities. The company views investment in these areas as crucial to its ongoing profitable expansion.
Flix operates in the public transport sector, offering sustainable and affordable long-distance bus and train travel across more than 40 countries. The company has established a leading market position in Europe, North America, and Turkey and is currently expanding into South America and India.
