Flix Appoints Two New Independent Supervisory Board Members
Flix SE has appointed Marianne Heiss and Monique Meche as new independent members to its Supervisory Board during its Annual General Meeting.
Munich, June 27, 2023 – Flix SE announced the appointment of two new independent members to its Supervisory Board, Marianne Heiss and Monique Meche, following the company's Annual General Meeting.
The new members are expected to complement the existing board's expertise in brand building, market expansion, public affairs, and communications, alongside financial knowledge. Their mandate will be for three years, while existing members serve two-year terms.
Monique Meche brings over 25 years of experience in corporate affairs and communications, having held senior positions at global technology companies including Zalando, Twitter, and Netflix. She has supported market expansion and public policy initiatives.
Marianne Heiss possesses extensive experience in international management and finance, notably with the BBDO Group and Omnicom. She also brings experience from supervisory board roles within the automotive sector.
Flix CEO André Schwämmlein stated that the new members will bring significant operational and strategic expertise and will be instrumental in further developing the company's ESG strategy and governance.
