Flodesk Launches Deliverability Center for Small Businesses
Email marketing platform Flodesk has launched its new Deliverability Center, providing users with tools to monitor and improve email inbox placement and reduce spam rates.

Email marketing platform Flodesk announced the launch of its Deliverability Center, a new feature designed to provide its user base of over 100,000 small businesses and creators with tools to enhance email deliverability.
The Deliverability Center consolidates information on domain authentication, inbox provider compliance, and audience engagement. Users can monitor these metrics and take action from a single interface. Flodesk states this feature addresses a gap in accessible deliverability tools for small businesses.
Previously, Flodesk managed deliverability behind the scenes. Company data indicates a low spam complaint rate of 0.01 percent across more than 14 billion emails sent by its users. The Deliverability Center aims to bring these insights to users, allowing them to adapt to evolving sending requirements.
"Email is a direct line to customers, and that line only works if the message gets through," said Rebecca Shostak, CEO of Flodesk. "Deliverability Center gives creators and solopreneurs access to the tools they haven't had before."
The feature includes capabilities for domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), a compliance checklist, audience health tracking, and tools for list cleaning and warming for new or inactive subscribers. Flodesk plans to further develop the center with features such as complaint rate reporting and bounce analysis.
