Florian Bauer to Resign from BAUER AG Executive Board
Florian Bauer will resign from the Executive Board of BAUER AG effective December 31, 2023, to focus on the company's Geotechnical Solutions segment. Hartmut Beutler will return as an interim board member.
BAUER AG announced a change in its Executive Board, with Florian Bauer set to resign from his position effective December 31, 2023. Bauer had previously indicated a focus on the company's Geotechnical Solutions segment, and will now return to a more operational role within the management team of BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH.
"This decision has been maturing for a long time," stated Florian Bauer. "The operational business is very close to my heart. I come from the construction site and want to work closer to the construction site again."
Bauer has served on the Executive Board of BAUER AG for the past six years. His departure allows for a deeper focus on the geotechnical business, a key area for the BAUER Group. This move is intended to strengthen the segment's operational capabilities.
To manage the transition, Hartmut Beutler will temporarily rejoin the Executive Board as an interim member starting January 1, 2024. Peter Hingott, CEO of BAUER AG, expressed his gratitude to Florian Bauer for his contributions and confirmed his continued dedication to the Geotechnical Solutions segment.
