Flovi Acquires Saka's Logistics Operations, Rebrands from Biila
Automotive logistics company Flovi, formerly Biila, has acquired the car haulage operations of dealership Saka and launched a new service, Flovi Complete, allowing full outsourcing of car relocations.
Flovi, previously known as Biila, announced today the acquisition of Saka's entire car haulage logistics operations. The company also launched Flovi Complete, a new service allowing car dealerships to outsource all their vehicle relocations to a single provider. The company aims for approximately €20 million in turnover by 2025.
As part of the transaction, around 100 drivers and two office employees from Saka will transition to Flovi. Previously, Flovi primarily utilized freelance drivers. Saka will also be outsourcing all its car logistics to the newly rebranded Flovi as a result of the agreement.
Flovi CEO Aapeli Kallunki stated the goal is to become the leading car relocation service provider in Northern and Western Europe. The Flovi Complete service leverages the company's expanded driver network and AI-based technology to improve speed, scale, and reliability for relocations. Flovi reported handling over 110,000 car relocations last year in Finland and Sweden.
This strategic move is expected to strengthen Flovi's market position in Finland and support its international growth. The company aims to meet growing industry demands for speed, reliability, and customer experience in automotive logistics.
