Flovi streamlines used car logistics in Finland

Car transport service Flovi has highlighted how the used car market in Finland is growing and how the development of logistics supports this trend. According to the company, high car taxes make new cars expensive, driving consumers increasingly towards used vehicles.

Flovi CEO Aapeli Kallunki stated on MTV’s Huomenta Suomi that over 600,000 cars are sold annually in Finland, the majority of which are used. This is due to not only economic reasons but also Finnish culture, where used goods are highly valued. Purchasing used cars is often a more economical choice due to the high taxes and registration fees associated with new vehicles.

Improved logistics enable faster car transfers both domestically and across borders, for instance, from Sweden to Finland. Flovi offers car transport services for dealerships and consumers, which speed up inventory turnover and delivery times. The company emphasizes transparency and data collection, such as photo documentation and real-time updates, to build trust with customers.

Kamux Marketing Director Iida Kinnunen confirmed that car sales pick up, especially in spring and summer. Therefore, fast and reliable car transport is crucial for dealerships to meet customer demand.
