Fluence Energy faces class action lawsuit over alleged securities violations
Shareholders are invited to join a class action lawsuit against Fluence Energy Inc. alleging the company provided misleading financial guidance.
Legal firm Schall, Brown & Schwartz (SBS) has announced a class action lawsuit against Fluence Energy Inc., citing alleged violations of the Securities Exchange Act. The litigation, which covers the period between November 24, 2025, and September 16, 2026, concerns claims that the company misled investors regarding its fiscal 2026 performance.
According to the complaint, Fluence allegedly suggested it could meet its fiscal targets while relying on manufacturing facilities that were not yet operational. The lawsuit further claims that the company failed to resolve significant issues with contract manufacturers, which effectively prevented the recognition of revenue tied to its existing backlog.
Investors who suffered losses during the specified class period are encouraged to reach out to the law firm to discuss lead plaintiff status. The deadline for potential participants is November 30, 2026.
