Fluence Energy Faces Securities Class Action Over Production Delays
Shareholders have initiated a class action lawsuit against Fluence Energy, alleging the company misled investors regarding production capabilities and financial outlook.

Fluence Energy, Inc. faces a securities class action lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The complaint alleges that the company issued misleading statements between November 24, 2025, and September 16, 2026, failing to disclose significant operational vulnerabilities.
The lawsuit asserts that Fluence’s growth projections were contingent upon contract manufacturing facilities that were either incomplete or lacked the capacity to meet demand. The company’s inability to resolve production hurdles led to a series of downward revisions to its fiscal 2026 revenue and EBITDA guidance, resulting in successive declines in share price throughout 2026.
Plaintiffs argue that the company overstated its ability to fulfill its backlog while failing to disclose the systemic nature of delays at its new manufacturing sites. Affected investors have until November 30, 2026, to file as lead plaintiffs in the proceedings.
