Fluence Energy Faces Securities Fraud Class Action Lawsuit
Investors who purchased Fluence Energy securities between November 2025 and September 2026 may seek recovery in a securities fraud class action lawsuit.

Fluence Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLNC), an energy storage solutions provider, is facing a securities fraud class action lawsuit. Filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the complaint alleges that the company made materially false statements and omissions regarding its ability to meet financial guidance.
The lawsuit claims Fluence Energy's management provided misleading information about the company's production capabilities and the efficiency of its manufacturing network. Allegations suggest that supply chain issues and delays at manufacturing facilities, particularly new contract manufacturing sites, posed significant risks that were not adequately disclosed to investors.
The class period covers securities purchased between November 24, 2025, and September 16, 2026. Investors have until November 27, 2026, to seek lead plaintiff status. The company's stock price experienced significant declines over several periods following disappointing financial reports and lowered guidance, notably a mid-September 2026 update that cut the full-year revenue forecast by approximately $600 million.
Plaintiffs allege that Fluence Energy's ability to fulfill its backlog and recognize revenue was contingent on new contract manufacturing facilities that were not completed or capable of producing at assumed volumes. It is also claimed that the company's corrective actions to address production problems were ineffective.
Investors who purchased Fluence Energy securities during the class period and suffered losses are advised to contact Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP to discuss their legal rights. The company has not yet issued an official statement regarding the lawsuit.
