FOBA Laser Marking + Engraving Appoints New Managing Director

FOBA Laser Marking + Engraving (Alltec Angewandte Laserlicht Technologie GmbH) has named Sebastian Blösch as its new Managing Director, effective June 1. Blösch, who was previously the Finance Director and Deputy Managing Director, succeeds Stefan Heczko.

The new managing director has stated his focus will be on expanding the company's strategy with an emphasis on technical innovations. "The focus will be on expanding the company's strategy with a view to technical innovations that will help our customers move forward," Blösch announced.

Blösch, an economist originally from Northern Germany, has been with FOBA's global parent company since 2015. He already held increasing responsibility for the company's strategic direction as head of finance.

FOBA Laser Marking + Engraving, headquartered near Lübeck, Germany, is part of the US-based Danaher Corporation since 2004. The company supplies laser marking systems and solutions for industries including automotive, medical, electronics, and tool and metal manufacturing, with a worldwide sales and service network.
